Plan a Shed Removal Estimate
Gather the details that make a shed-removal estimate useful before the first conversation.
Estimate checklist
- Approximate width, depth, and height
- Wood, metal, resin, vinyl, or mixed construction
- Roof and floor materials
- Visible rot, rust, lean, storm damage, or collapse
- Anything still stored inside
- Gate width, turns, steps, slopes, ground surface, and carry distance
- Utilities, lighting, outlets, irrigation, or buried lines
- What should remain: slab, blocks, pavers, or ground surface
Photographs to take
Capture all four sides, the inside, the roof, the floor, the base, the access route, and the loading point. Do not climb onto a roof or enter an unstable shed to get a photo.
